XBOX won't play burned DVD

I burned a DVD+R as a DVD-Video using my computer and Roxio DVD Builder software.
When I try to play it on the XBOX I get:
"the dvd region of your dvd playback kit is invalid."
When I take the disc out and throw it in the PS2, it fires right up. What gives? I have other Region 0 DVDs that I have no problems playing the XBOX.

For burnt discs on the XBOX you need a MOD chip...

Burned DVD don't normally work. But I have had one chipped, and it still would not work! Turned out, it didn't like + DVD. Only -s.
