I am having problems with mt GeForce3 getting good framerates. I play Nascar 4 alot and I just can't seem to get any higher than an average of 20 FPS. My friend with a Voodoo5 says he get an average of 50 FPS. Correct me if im wrong but shouldnt the GEForce get higher framerates. Or for that matter blow the Voodoo5 away? I don't know what else to do. I bought this card to be on top of the market, and t doesnt seem like I am. Can someone help me?

The Geforce 3 supports a lot of advanced features but depending on the game, they may degrade performance. I don't know what options are available for that game but you might try decreasing the resolution or disable or lower the Anti Aliasing properties.
There are also additional settings in the advanced section of your display properties where you can adjust some Direct3D settings. Decreasing the image quality may boost out some more FPS. You can also lower the Anti Aliasing settings in there too if the game doesn't have this option.
Important - Write down the current settings for your display properties. So if any changes you make here don't like the game, you can switch them back.
If you're still have framerate issues, post back with your system specs. Voodoo cards perform better on older systems than GeForce cards for example, but Geforce cards have a lot more eye candy. There also may be game issues. It may be optimized for Voodoo cards more. Check for a game patch for the game. That may boost some frames as well.
