More news?

It seems (no offense) that some of the staffers are lacking....thier has been no 'new news' posted since May 16, I was wondering if thier was anything we could do, to make the technology news section come 'alive' again. Maybe a news e-mail, where all the staff can check, and normal users send in links of 'news' articles, they think important, or maybe some staffers with more free time...

You're right, as the front page clearly shows.
The news e-mail address seems like a good idea. I'll see if we can get that worked out.

Though it begs the question - what in general is OTS-newsworthy? I mean, it's one thing to take every article out of slashdot and post it over here, but it's another to define what belongs in OTS news and then actually finding them.

Yeah, sounds good and all. However, most people come here for tech support or to help others. Not for news. That's what ./ is for. Haha.
