Cant get to account page since new patch

ok lemme take a deep breath.
at the battle.net open techinical support forums for some reason i can't login. http://www.battle.net/forums/board....ame=opensupport
but however i can look at the messages. For some strange reason my d2 will just try to connect but fail every time.

this is my battle.net log if it helps. It shows here that the problem is not from previous hacks or cheating because of the gateway being "useast" instead of an ip number. This could mean i am ip restricted for a certain amount of time so would would someone PLEASE go to the website login (just your account name, password, and cd key for any blizzard game, and the gateway for that account), and make a topic asking what my problem is and posting the above battle.net log
please someone help me but i understand why you wouldn't bcus it takes your time for some random person you don't even know.
If anyone here could help me solve this problem that would be very helpful. thank you everyone.
