Is the Nvidia mx 4000 compatible to BFME?

I called ea tech support the other day because BFME wasn't running. They said that the video card I had( Nvidai mx 4000)was not compatible. I was suprised because it is a 4th generation video card. I highly doubt it, but does anyone know from experience if it isn't?

Nvidia GeForce2 MX is not supported.

As you can see, the game should work with a GeForce2 or higher. The GeForce2 MX isn't supported, but that doesn't say anything about a GeForce4 MX.
The game should work on your card. I'm not sure how fast it would run, seeing as your card isn't exactly considered fast nowadays, but it should at least be able to run.
What is the problem you have with running it?

The 4000MX is just a slightly upgraded Geforce 2MX it still does not have full DX8 support if I remember correctly (unlike the Geforce 3 and Geforce 4Ti ranges)? On the Nvidia website the description for the 4MX series is as follows -
The ideal solutions for: Multiple display & desktop flexibility, 2D office applications, Web surfing
I wouldn't hold out too much hope for astounding frame rates even if you can get it to work.

outlaw, the problem with my game is that it won't run. It installed just fine and all the specifications seem to match up except for the video card. I called tech support and they said it was not supported. So I guess I need to find the right one, thanks for your help.
chainlink, I just hoped if it worked at all.
