if your not worried about voiding your warrenty flip the ps2 over and underneath the rubber feet are screws. take them all out.then carefully take the top off the base.(ullhave to cut the warrenty seal in order to do this) u should then be able to see the disk and remove it
then look to see if the drive is jammed or teeth knocked out. if all else fails take it to a repair shop.

I'm not a 100% sure but I believe there is a manual open hole on the face near the door.
You have to put something in there and the door will pop open. Look it up on the web first
though. ANd for God's sake make sure it is unplugged.
