motherboard syntax SV266M

I have a problems when I turn the motherboard on appears at the display for 2 second the information usually does then disapears I repeat the proces to turn it on and do it again. I chaged the memory , video card and the problems persits , the procesorkeep working but in the display it can not see nothing please let me Know what should I do to fix this problem , the board is new only 4 month of use. thankyou
