"Stupid but Learning" here. Below Copied from my earlyer post
"I have been having a problem when I send my poetry from either word or publisher 2000. the problem I run into is that when I send something outlook changes the layout or format and doesn't send the doc as it appears in the original form and program. This happens wither sent as front page or as attachment".
Now my statement as a question,
If I understand and I have on background on which to base this but intuition, word and publisher store my docu. with or in one computer Language and Outlook and win Fax Pro proses in another computer Lang. In the absence of either a compatent translatior program or both reset or taught to speak the same lang.
They run into a problem of syntax simular to to spanish to english "aqua freo" without intelligent translation it is awkward in you're head "Water Cold". In this case syntax leaves ME cold, using intelligent translation "Cold water" i can understand comfortablely. As see it this is what is going wrong> so the solution would be to find the balance point between both programs so syntax losses it's power to confuse.
Is the above true or false?

if what you are asking is why doesnt my publisher file look the same when opened on another computer with publisher -
a document written in MS Publisher relies on fonts and features present on the computer it was created on, hence if you just save it using the 'save' function it will look for the same fonts and features on each computer it is opened with, and apart from a few core fonts not all fonts are present with every computer, it depends what software is installed. the solution is using the 'pack and go' option below the save option in the file menu.
if what you are asking is why does my document not look the same when i export it to Outlook, it is because outlook uses 'html' which has much more limited formatting ability. The only way around the problem is to create the document in outlook in the first place, though it is important to rememeebr that whoever you are emailing it to needs to be using an email program that can view formatted email, something that is totally beyond your control.
if you weren't asking either of theose questions then...errr. sorry!

Some what correct. When I had win.98 when I e-mailed aand Or faxed my poetry it would arriveas I had laid it out but after win me was installed when I either E-Mail or fwx the layout changer not just font but the way the poem appears on the pager and this happens with both publisher and word.
What I was asking was is my thinking on this problem corect.
