WindowsAdTool: Can't remove

Running Windows 2000, Service Pack 4.
Installed Spybot, 08.18.05.....STILL cannot get rid of WindowsAd Tool.
Anyone know how to removed this pain-in-the-neck..WindowsAdTool that is.

Are you also running Adaware, MS antispy and most important Spywareblaster? You need to enable all of the memory resident protection so that these things do not reinstall themselves.
