I recently unchecked spyware doctor off msconfig on the startup tab so it wouldn't load on the task bar. Although when i started up i got this message:

Should i go back and select normal mode? What does this mean? Is this bad?

Means only that you've chnged the startup. Nothing more. Just check teh Dont Show box and move on.
