Blizzard makes a stand against 'fake' techies...

John Schwartz of Blizzard Entertainment's Technical Support department just made a post in reply to TheHelper's post in the Open Support Forums, reiterating Blizzard's stand against scammers in the bnet chatrooms. Here's a snippet:
If I see someone trying to steal an account or witness other inappropriate behavior, how do I report it?
Please e-mail support@blizzard.com and including the following information:
- A screenshot* of the offense
- The offenders user name and Realm
- Your user name
* To create a screenshot press the “PrtScn” or “Print Screen” button on your keyboard. The screenshot will be saved in the folder the game was installed in.
