I've got one. first of all the psp has alot of stuff NOT mentioned in the intructions booklet soo..its tuff putting your own mp4s and tv shows or w/e and some psps come with dead pixels. which is a drag!mine has 5 but i was too lazy to send it to sony for a price to pay to ship it there and then waiting two weeks.also games are a little bit pricey but u know its sony.another thing is it comes with a very small duo stick card which is basicly the memory it can hold about 5-10 songs depending on the kb-well those are the cons from my opinion but the pros are great dvd quality i mean this psp can play almost better quality then my sony flat screen..great dvd titles for the psp my favorite:Not Another Teen Movie. Kung Fu Hustle. Saw. Are We There Yet. National Treasure and plenty more...well there it is after all that i recommend getting but its your choice...

I dunno, as others have said, the game selection is kida bad. I never liked handheld's myself - too limiting. If you want a handheld than get the PSP, absolutely.

It's definately worth it. Especially now that it has a web browser with the new update!

ive got one also, and y does every one keep saying that its difficult to put mp3s, movies or tv shows on it?CUZ ITS NOT. they have softwear outthere for those of u who cant finger it out on ur own-MAX MEDIA MANAGER FOR PSP. if u have that all u need to do is plug in the psp and tell the media manger what u want on your memory stick and it will put it on there, as long as u have it on ur comp. ive found a way to rip the umd movies onto my comp and then just put them onto my mem stick but it sounds to me like that might b a lil to advanced for u.i love my psp and i have the illegal version of update v 2.0 (which gives u a whole bunch of cool new toys such as a working browser!!!!!) and im pretty sure i will never get rid of it until a new one comes out just becuase it does so many things- with the next update they are thinking of using the wifi on it to slice into radio towers so u can have a rdaio on ur psp if u like to mix it up a bit =)
so what im telling u dude is that HELL YEA U SHOULD GET A PSP! they're a bit pricy but to me i think it was worth every penny specially if ur a student of n e kind or work in an office building cuz then u can use their internet to play online! score!

Get it !!!
A friend of me got one and the screen will amaze you.
I took one !today! by extending my mobile phone subscription :-))
But i still need to wait 2 or 3 weeks goz its in backorder......f frustrating....
AnywayzzzzZ
Take it while you can. The updates can be downloaded from official Sony sites and if you are lucky the update comes with your PSP on a UMD Disc....if so..... price yourself lucky as you will probably got your hands on a PSP with firmware version 1.51 or 1.52,
with these firmware versions you can play ripped games from your memory stick, and there is your reason to celebrate this anniversary huge and get yourself your PSP (if not there's always Christmas).
This will save space and well you fill in the rest
Good download places are always official sites and you might wanna try a p2p now and then ;-)
Anywayz congrats with your birthday and your (soon) new PSP
! See you online Mate !
