This is good news I guess...

A few months ago my 2 EQ accounts were banned. To make a long story short..an unfriendly person gained access to them and sold equipment..and moved things around. I regained control of them (after recovering from my HD being formatted) and surveyed the damage. That's when I found out that not only my 2 accounts were messed with but one I used to own which was now in possession of a friend (local one). He was very upset (as I was) and at first thought I had ransacked his account. In the next two days all hell broke loose as he contacted verant and reported me. After he calmed down (and apologized profusely for jumping to conclusions) he came to understand what had happened to me but it was too now too late and both my accounts were banned. After 2 weeks of emails and phone calls I got 2 form responses via email. The first made no sense at all and the last one informed me that lost items could not be replaced and to be more careful with who I shared account info with.(Neither of these applied since I wasn't asking for anything other than regaining control of the accounts). Another week passed by and nothing changed and I recieved no more emails (phone calls were fruitless as I was referred to emailing my account representative). So I gave up one good account (with a level 52 necro and 45 wizard and 30 magician) and one mule account.
Now 2 months later I noticed that I was being billed for one EQ account (I thought had cancelled both ) and found that I had neglected to cancel the mule account. And to my surprise I could log in on it. So I took a chance and reactivated the main account and found it also was working again. Nice of Verant to let me know but you know customer service.. : ) . But as good as this news is I now have no inclination to play EQ (or the money during my temporary unemployment situation) and all I can do is sit and shake my head to and fro. I hope there is a cure for this head shaking condition. : ) Your in my world now... hehe.

Bummer Jedd ... I still have an active account in AC which I have never used for like three months now ... since I may still play it, and I don't wanna cancel it outright, maybe you can play AC fer me? Hehehehe ... oh well, I am sure BobSkywalker can relate to your plight - he kinda knows Verant's customer service only too well, hehehe

yeah verrant sux beond belive but hehe they duped my char a while back when i was lvl 22 and i had 2 gbs (glowing black stones) at that time there was no velious and kunark was very very new and gbs's were worth 25-35k and i got my char twinked and got 2 char's that had um hehe and i think AC sux i mean when u start playing it u gotta kill FREAKIN RABBITS!!! and there hard to find... then once u finally get bigger u git ta get killed by snowmen and cat people wtf hehe hehe cyaz

I only killed rabbits for like 10 minutes ... then I moved on to skulkers when I was still level 1 .. then I camped for aurochs (mucho XPs) ... then I was killing gromnies and armordillos when I was just level 4.
Believe me, you won't get anywhere if you just kill rabbits Don't listen to anything an EQ-addict would tell ya .. AC rux0rs

sht im no eq addict i aint played eq in like a month hehe anyways eq in my opinion is way better then ac hehe i got ac and eq round the same time and i like eq better hehe.

I killed a Druge prowler at level 1..hehe HAd to heal 3 different times but he dropped.
Wait till you get to the Dires and have to deal with charging Tusker SLaves and level 153 shadows.
