i beg of anyone who knows how to get this issue fixed .... for the last year or so i've never had a problem with getting on line with my ps2 now all of a sudden my isp (comcast) wont let me on also (sony) is no help what so ever . i dent have a router just a modem( terayon 715) i feel like a ping pong ball right now back and forth some one shoot me and put me out my misery ..... if anyone has any ideas please message me or leave me some trouble shooting ideas. thanks alot going without is killing me.................

Is this what it says?
-612 NET_DNS_TRY_AGAIN
The DNS resolver cannot be found. "DNAS Error (-612) A network error has occurred." Please double-check your network connection and/or network configuration.
If so, there is a problem with sending the data out of your network and to the internet. Make sure a firewall isn't bloking the connection and check all your network cables.
