Bearshare is being dumb it opens some of the windows then closes I tried reinstalling and that didnt work anyhelp ? I need it working as I want to explore p2p networking

After several attempts, I have deduced that the error occurs directly after the program begins to transfer. It has happened at other times before, but has gotten stuck in a loop. I open the program, it begins to finish a download, then it closes.
