Please give us some more info on the topic so we can help you out. What is the exact file extension of the file? What version of Windows? Have you got the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player (available from WindowsUpdate.microsoft.com)? And also, FF WILL NOT play windows media files. At least on windows I've never seen it work.

Can you play WMV files at all on your computer?
Have you check what is the preferred program for this TYPE of files ?
have you run all the latest updates for windows and media player?
