has anyone ever had this problem? when trying to send an email, the 'compose email' page loads with errors on the page. something about the "default body style."
so that little bar where u can choose what font, colour, formatting options you want doesn't load but this stuff does...

<br><br><br><html><DIV><STRONG><FONT face="Times New Roman, Times, Serif" color=#0099ff size=2><FONT color=#ff66ff><B><FONT size=2>
<P><FONT color=#3399ff><FONT face="Geneva, Arial, Sans-serif" color=#ff99ff></FONT></FONT>&nbsp;</P></B></FONT></FONT></FONT></STRONG></DIV></html>

i've tried just deleting that stuff and typing out an email but when i hit send, the text wipes clean, and the page moves on to the 'sent email confirmation page' and what happens is i send out blank emails. this is driving me CRAZY! i've written to hotmail and they've directed me to a support page which very helpfully, is just the exact same form i filled out when complaining about this.

any help will be GREATLY appreciated, i'm email-addicted

Hmmm, kinda vague. Tell us the "exact" problem you are getting and we might be able to help... it seems to be a problem with the Hotmail's text formatting controls. Have you tried sending it in plain text mode?

Basically it might be trying to send your email in HTML mode, but since you removed/stripped the HTML tags from the email, there is something missing with the formatting and it comes out blank coz the browser/email program doesn't know how to interpret it.

Give us the exact error message you're getting and we'll be sure to get ya some solutions for it... or you can contact Hotmail's support page, which would probably get you better help on that problem...
