Help with fail to join game

i go to college and i get the promblem where sometimes or most of the time i get a fail to join game where the doors dont open or it will be real slow when u click to join or creat a game and just like almost freeze but not it just goes real slow and eventually says failed to join game i dont understand y i tried all night and allday today and its still not letting me join or creat a game with out it saying failed to join game.... i tried to delete my battle.net fromt he regedit, restarted comp, reinstalled and it still does it and i can go into chat rooms but thats it.... please if anyone has any info on how i can change this please let me know
p.s. it worked for maybe like hour and a half last night at like 10:00pm eastern time..

What is the game and what computer and are you trying to play network games or internet?????
from what i see so far its some thing to do with battle.net is that right...
