What is missing and how do i get it back

Maybe it's just me, but I have no idea what you're talking about. Could you give a better explanation of the problem?

I just started getting that same error notice whenever I start up my computer. It began yesterday after I ran Spybot and deleted 58 things associated with Back Web lite. I don't know anything more either. Does that help in determining how to fix it?

Here's response form HP.
Sometimes it's a good idea just to ask the maker of the product.
I had the same problem and got a response within 15 minutes.
Thank you for contacting HP Total Care.
In reviewing your e-mail, I understand that you are experiencing an
error message stating that RUNNER ERROR - Runner file name (Updates from
HP.exe) lacks a '-' (the app id separator).
The error message is probably occurring because spyware removal software
detected the Updates from HP software utility (BackWeb) as spyware and
improperly removed it. Since only part of BackWeb is removed, it cannot
fully load when Windows starts and the error message displays. To
resolve this issue, I recommend you perform the steps given below:
1. Click Start and select Run.
2. Type MSConfig and press Enter.
3. Click the Startup tab.
4. From the list, uncheck the "Updates from HP" option.
5. Click OK.
6. Restart the system.
Performing above steps will avoid the error message popping at startup.
If the issue persists even after performing the above steps, the best
option to resolve the issue would be to uninstall "Update from HP" from
Add/Remove Programs Utility. After uninstalling the Update from HP the
system will not be able to install the HP Updates automatically. You
have to install the updates manually from the HP software and drivers
web site.
To remove "Update from HP" software from the computer, follow these
steps:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Add/Remove programs.
4. Click Change or Remove programs.
5. Select the Updates from HP and click Change/Remove.
6. Click Apply and click OK.
You can download the compatible updates for HP a1034n Desktop PC, from
the following web site:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...en&cc=us&os=228
NOTE: It is strongly recommended not to install any update unless
recommended by HP support technician.
NOTE: Clicking the link may give an error indicating it is
invalid. If this occurs, copy the portion of the address
on the remaining line(s) and paste it at the end of the
address showing in your browser until the complete address
is displayed in the Address box.
HP is working with the vendors of certain spyware removal software to
prevent this error.
