Nope, I won't allow anyone to spam the URL through ICQ, hehehe... just mention OTS.Net whenever you encounter a tech geek or anyone with a tech problem ... that would be enough promotion for us.
Although the occassional link from a webpage won't hurt... just no spamming - and no vandalism either!
