im afraid theres no magic gaurentee to say people will always be able to answer your question. you may get a response within a couple of hours for some questions and no response at all for others, all depends if theres anyone about who has any special knowledge in the right area.
I believe you can switch on alerts in your profile so that you get an email when someone replies, saves having to check back every few hours.

you have to wait until someone with the appropriate knowledge logs in and is in the mood to answer.
