I have Windows XP Soundblaster Live 24 bit and Plantronics micr. I can hear when people when I call them but they cannot hear me when i talk....Does anyone know how to solve this problem??
Hardware is brand new out of the box

Make sure you've installed all the drivers and software that came with your microphone and your soundcard. Go to the microphone manufacturer's website and the Soundblaster website and see if there is any updated software or drivers for download, and if there is, install them.
Also, make sure you've got your microphone plugged into the correct port on the back of your computer. I know it sounds stupid, but that sort of thing happens all the time.
