Yes the money comes from the visa, just check the records. And it is usually better to verify an account, it makes everyone happy. The main reason they want verification is for fraud. It is a pain in the ass sometimes, but they really work against fraud and do all they can to avoid it from happening.

Hi there,

If you're a new Paypal user...be careful to not pay any attention to the emails you will be getting that tell you they are Paypal (but they're not) and they want you to click on their link and "update" all your info. What'll happen if you do is these crooks will then take that info you give them and get into your account and send your money to themselves. So just beware...it WILL happen, alot, in fact, they just don't give up. The real Paypal will NEVER ask you to 'update' your bank info. Go to PP and read their warnings.

well, paypal will on occasion ask you to update info. they just wont make you click a link or reply to an email to do it.
