Hybernation issues?
(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

For some weird reason sometimes when I leave my computer on for an extended amount of time and the monitor goes to sleep, when I turn the monitor back on it acts as if there is no computer connected to it. Forcing me to manually restart, does anybody know what the problem might be?

Have you gone to Control Panel>Power Options and made sure that Hard disks and System Standby are set to never? Also, if you have a tab named "Hibernate" fo there and make sure that the box beside "Enable Hibernation" is unchecked.

Well now its doing this during games too, and when I run it for a while. I'm thinking possible overheating, but I'm not sure why windows software would overheat something.

To SirDeleteAlot: A .inf file is a file with a specific list of the all files needed for installing a certain piece of software. Logically, you need to get this file back if it is missing. Just go to another computer and search for "WAVEMIX.inf" in drive c:. Copy the file on to a floppy disk or zip disk or flash drive or other removable media. Then, paste it onto your computer in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Pinball
The same file should also be in this folder:
C:\i386
Good luck!

A quick search for Pwrtray pulled up the following -
Pwrtray PwrTray.exe
(Toshiba) System Tray icon found on some Toshiba laptops and which brings up a Toshiba-specific Power Management Panel (as opposed to the Microsoft version available through the Control Panel).
Recommendation :
Essential whether you use or do not use Power Saving features, as it enables you to set Toshiba specific BIOS-level power saving settings as well as Windows-level power saving settings.
If you're using a Toshiba laptop (which I'm guessing you are?) I'd look at updating the Powertray software (if there is an update?).
