Norton Antivirus security 2003

Dear Customer Service, I have Norton Antivirus Security 2003 version and I can't get it open, It's like freezing up on me or somethjing and I was wondering if you can help me? Also Im having a problem getting into the internet. I only get half way in and then it kicks back to a page saying "The page can't be displayed, followed by 7 different things to try pertaing to tools and my settings. For example I can't retrieve any banking infiormation, shop online, check anything to do with my airline miles on the different airline sights,etc. I wa wondering if there is anything I can do to get my norton virus open as well as this other problem I'm having getting on line? Allow port 443 through your firewall software. Port 443 is the port that allows you to interact with HTTPS pages -- the secure webpages you find on websites like you've described.
