Help me plz, i can host games but no 1 can join!!!!!

Help me, i can host warcraft 3 games but no 1 can join, i went to control panel, network connections, right clicked on the monitor, selected properties, click the advanced button, then disabled firewall but it still wotn let me host games, people say stuff about the router, wat is a router, plz dont just read this and go to a different message help me!

The router is a device that shares your internet connection with other computers. How many computers do you have connected to the internet on the same internet connection at your house?
