'application hangs' in IE

undefinedundefinedHi, My PC keeps getting IE 'application hangs'. Constantly. I have run spyware, adware, regvac, been to 'regedit' and 'msconfig' and have had no success in ridding my PC of this problem. I am an absolute newbie and I do not know what else to do. Anyone out there who could help????

What are your system specs? OS, version?

Try cleaning out the junk, maybe run a utility like Ccleaner, delete all your temporary internet files, recycle bin files etc, run chkdsk and then defragment, this might help improve the performance.

Do the above . And / or download Mozilla Firefox. A much better browser.
