i need help popups

I have a problem everytime i search on goggle or even open a new window (ie explorer updated) A POP UP COME  and i have a very slow cp i run an xp pro sp2 with a 20 mb hardrive only so you can imagine its real slow so can someone help me
ps. the windows popup blocker doesn't work on these popups even on the high settings

try searching for adaware, use adaware, spybot or similar programs, then get rid of anything that finds and it should be good

this is my problem i need to delete this file but i dont have a program for FREE that senses it and that can delete it

Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware, and Microsoft's Anti-Spyware all three good anti-spyware programs.
If you want to delete a file but can't get rid of it, try booting in safe mode by pushing F8 when booting.
