Dungeon Siege Multiplayer Connecting

I just bought Dungeon Siege; Legends of Aranna for me and my girlfriend. Mine works fine, but she can't host a game, join my game or anything through zone match. I thought it was her firewall at first, so i tried a clean boot but still nothing. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Are either of you behind a router or firewalls? If either, or both, of you are behind a router you'll hafta make sure the correct ports are forwarded. (http://www.portforward.com). Make sure if either of you are behind a firewall that the firewall is also configured to allow Internet access.
If that still doesn't work, are you both using different copies? Because that too could be a problem.
