Two VPN connections problem

Dear all

I Have Machine with Windows 2000 professional with sp4 installed, And also having Cisco VPN client, See I am having two vpn connections, My problem is When i connect one vpn client its working fine for me, when i disconnect this and try to connect another one its not at all connecting. If I logoff also the same problem. If I restart the machine and trying to conect the vpn its working very fine. So I use to have 2nd vpn i should required ti restart my machine. Why its happening, Without restarting the machine is there any way to connect the another vpn after disconnecting the first one.

Please Help me in this issue

Ok, I am not the most experienced user when it comes to this area but I will take a few guesses.

Do you have the lastest drivers for any networking/modem type hardware involved?
