I Was Thinking About Buying A Dvd Burner But Someone Told Me That My Computer Couldnt Burn Dvd's Because I Dont Have A Dvd Drive I A Compact Disc Drive..and I Would Have To Buy A Dvd Drive In Order To Burn Dvd's Is That True?

NO!
In order to burn DVD you need a DVD burner and that's about it.
In case you want to copy a DVD you can do it with a single DVD burner drive.
DVD burner drive is also a DVD drive that can read DVDs.

It will be slower than drive to drive copying as it will have to cache it all to your HD but it will work. I'm assuming you have a system that is man enough to run a DVD burner as they do have some basic system requirements?
