Praise and Thank You

I don't have a question, at least not any more. Originally I was having trouble starting Windows Media Player. Tried Dell, my computer manufacturer, they wanted me to buy a support service for 1 year, WHATEVER, they got enough money when I purchased the computer. Next I tried Microsofts online and phone support. PLEASE!!! All they wanted was money as well.

So, frustrated as all get out, I decided to Google it. I Googled "Windows Media Player an internal application error has occurred". I clicked on the first search result link and it brought me to you. Long story short, too late, I know, but long story short : ) I followed the instructions on the page that came up, which was exactly the help I was looking for, started my WMP, crossed my fingers, and "It's a miracle" it actually worked.

The point of all this long winded babble is to say Thank You!! Thank You!!! and Thank You!!!! again. You are the troubleshooting gurus. Take care and Bless You, Bless You, Bless You.
