I have this error come up every three months or so. It happens when I try to print an email from a user in my employment. It is just a reply from an orignal email I sent him. He is running windows 98 with outlook 2000. My system is runnning windows 2000 with outlook 2000. I can print any email I want and even print thousands of documents, emails, web pages without any problems. It just happens when this user replies back to me and when I try to print the email message I get the error " Spoolsv.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows" I know how to fix the problem by deleting the drivers and stopping the service and restarting it. I want to know why this always happens just from this user. There is no attachmnets in the email. I have scanned my system for any spyware or viruses and I am clean. I can print the email to any other printer without an error.

My specs are
dell p3 750 mhz
256 mb ram
10 gb hd
windows 2000
my printer is a hp laserjet 1000 and I have the latest driver installed. I have done the latest windows update scan.

Thanks
