Trouble Loading Maps

Hello,
i am a Macintosh user (problem #1 ;D)
but seriously i have some problems with gameing
after the 5 4 3 2 1 countdown and it goes to the loading screen
the bar gets stuck at certain parts
after getting stuck for a long time everyone else joins the game
i finish loading and the results page comes
This happens with Skibi TD, Multisquare Defence, On most open rpgs it sticks but i can join.
also i have lag when alot of units are on screen
like in defend the lich king
so if u could point me in the right direction i would very much appriciate it
