Hello. I have Windows XP and installed a photo program that uses the same shortcut keys (CTRL + SHIFT + C) as Sims 2 University and previous incarnations. I was able to change the photo program's shortcut settings but when I ran Sims, I couldnt open the command console (the little cheaty box at the top of the screen). I removed the photo program and reinstalled Sims 2 and then Sims University but the shortcut still doesnt work. Is there a Windows system file that I should be looking for? Any advice appreciated (apart from "ask EA games")
