Counter Strike Source Please help!

i am trying to get the announcer voice in my game, like if i got a headshot, the announcer would say "headshot". i was told that i have to move my sound into some kind of file under my counter strike file, but i can't figure out what or how, if you know how please tell me. You can do a guided step-by-step answer if you want. Thanks.
