Hi! I have a problem on connecting internet through cable modem. It worked yesterday but suddenly today, it does not work. Both lights on ethernet card are on, but when I check network connection box, no receiving only sending. The OS is windows 2000. The other computer works fine with this network connection.
I tested with ipconfig/all and and Connection specific, DNS Suffix, Default Gateway, and DNS Server haveno ip addresses; Autoconfiguration IP address and Subnet Mask have 0.0.0.0.

Anyone can help me?

Did you try releasing and renewing your ip address?

Uninstall the network card drivers on your pc. Reboot and reinstall. You may want to use a driver cleanup utility.
