I got a question. I was helping someone out and I cleaned out their temp internet files and cookies (IE >> tools>> intenet options>>general tab>> delete files etc.) and removed offline content as well. The problem is they had a specialized my yahoo sbc start page kinda thing and I believe that in removing files from the cache as mentioned above i screwed up their homepage settings. they are now very unhappy about that, is their anything i can do apart from redoing their start page?

You deleted the files from the host? There's no chance to get it back unless you have a trash can, which usually works when you use cPanel

temp internet files don't usually go to the trash can/recycle bin.
