help finding my server

i have roadrunner cable internet connection but some sites say they cant find my servers ,and to contact my connection server ,which is you , if i still have these problems, im not sure if its problems with my server or computer. my question is i guess are you having problems with your cable or is it another problem that im having.

Please look at your RoadRunner bill and find the toll-free support phone number or website address that they give you.
