Hello,
I've been playing cs for about a month now, and in the last week the game has started to crash a lot. It starts with the audio repeating a sound then the picture freezes and the game shuts down. This doesent seem to affect windows though. Any ideas? its driving me crazy, one other thing about the same time the game started to have problems finding servers.
cheers

This COULD be a sign of overheating.
Open the casedoor and run it like that while gaming. If it helps. Then you need some good case fans. Thermaltake Silent cat , Panaflo, Enermax, Sunon and Vantec are good fans. Minimum CFM for a good casefan is 38 CFM. Just measure the fan holes in your case first.
Normal fan sizes is 80, 90 and 120 mm.
A VGA slot cooler like Antec "Vcool" Video card cooler. is good to mount near the vidocard. It use up 2 of your slot openings at the back of the case.
If you wanna monitor your CPU and case temps. Download "Motherboard Monitor 5".

Then it is probably overheating. Why I asked before if the PC beeps? Whas just because it you get 2 beeps it could be a hardware failure.
