Patch Installation Probs

Hi,
I have a problem with installing any patch for Diablo II:LOD. I am able to install the game correctly and the Expansion as well. But then an Error occurs, when I try to install the patch.
It says:
Blizzard PrePatch v2.70 compiled on Sep 9 2003
This program patches Diablo II Expansion
Log created at 9:55 pm on 09/26/2005
ERROR: unable to execute command 'D:\Felix\Spiele\Diablo II\BNUpdate'
Zugriff verweigert
RESULT: Prepatch failed
If I connect to Battlenet and download it (download is possible), it doesnt patch either, and then I try to restart the game it doesnt start properly but shows the patch download picture and then just exits...
