Rollercoaster 3

After I installed rollercoaster 3, i installed photo story 3 and I already had win media 10 but when i try to create my own guests the game crashes. The game will let me do career mode,tutorial etc, but i can't create guests or anything else from that screen. Does anyone know why, or how to fix this?
