where are my favorites?

I was instructed to send my desk top files to my yahoo favorites so I wouldn't loose them when I sent my computer in for repairs. I got my computer back but all my favorites are gone. Do you know how I can get them back. I cannot seem to get any response from Yahoo.

You should have made a backup file of your favourites to a floppy-disk before sending your PC in for repair. if you didn't, and the operating system has been re-installed, you've lost them. You will have to try and remember as many as you can. In future, keep a backup of your favourites as well as any files you create --- make and keep these backups safely yourself -- don't rely on a third party.
