Is there a way to clean all the spam and garbage from my hardrive so my pc can run better?I like to have nothing but stuff to run my pc on my hardrive.

after you run malware scans, just drag everything you dont want to the trash (assuming it doesnt have its own uninstall), empty it, then run a registry cleaner. any automated program would run the risk of removing stuff you want.

What's malware scans and how do I go about doing the scan?Sorry I'm kind of new in cleaning my hardrive.
