Adding DSL with Command ComSwitch 5500 multiring service?

Does adding DSL interfear with a command Comswitch 5500 multiring
pbone system????
I have a Command Comswitch 5500 that I use on a single phone line.
It is used for a multiring or destintive ring service.
One phone line but 2 phone numbers. The switch is used to seperate
the two numbers to different phones in the house. The first number
goes to a group of phones and the second number is directed to
another phone. The switch directs which phones to use.
I am considering adding DSL to that single line. Command said
I had to add 2 filters to the switch to prevent the DSL signal from
getting to the switch. Has anyone used a command 5500 switch a
multiring service and added DSL. Does that work very well???
