Netflix - Unable to Connect

I recently opened an account with Netflix. I have been able to visit their site from various computers, but there have been a couple of computers that have not been able to pull up the netflix site. I kept getting the generic "page unavailable" response. I had pretty much tried everything from adjusting the security settings, to playing with the cookie settings. Even though I could get to the netflix site from most computers, the fact that I couldn't access the site from one of my home computers was eating away at me. I formatted the drive and reloaded the OS. It didn't work.
Well, after weeks of trying this and that, and scouring the Internet for advice... I might have figured it out. The system clock. Can you believe it? My system clock had been knocked off by about a year. It was exactly one year ahead of the rest of the world. I reset the time to match the rest of the planet, and then went to netflix.com. It pulled the site up with no problem. I have checked the other systems that were unable to connect to Netflix, and I have found that their clocks have been set incorrectly as well. (I can't set them to the correct time due to administative rights.)
So... if you are having problems with netflix's site, check your clock. It would seem that their website needs your system clock to be close to correct in order for the page to be displayed.
I just thought that I would share.
