Xbox for PSP?

I've been debating on a decision for a while and would like some more input. I'm thinking of trading in my Xbox and games for a PSP. I've wanted an MP3 player for some time now and the possibility of playing MP3's, movies, and games on a portable system sounds like a good choice? Agree? Disagree?
