**important** Msi Neo4/sli

I purchased an Aquagate Mini R120 for my new system. Before I purchased the system I asked Cooler Master if it would fit the MSI NEO4/SLI and they said yes it's an easy install. In order to install the kit, I have to use a plate on the bottom of the motherboard thats comes with the kit. Well, I recieved my motherboard but I cannot get the plate that comes with the motherboard off. The plate is on the bottom of the motherboard. How would I go about getting this off. Is it possible? I expect a full refund on my Liquid cooling system if it does not. I wouldnt have purchased it if it weren't for the tech support advice from Cooler Master. Please if anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. I prefer not to have to break my motherboard. Thanks.

Sorry to intrude, but was the **important** really necessary? We realize that it's important and we'll get to it ASAP!!!

It was very important. I was going insane. After I fixed that problem though, I came across another. I mounted everything in the case and by everything I mean:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
MSI Neo4/SLi
BFG Tech 6800 GT OC
Geil Ultra-X DDR400
Ultra XCONNECT 500w
Chenming Mid Tower Case
Dual Lite-On Optical Drives
250 GB Western Digital SATA II HD
Aquagate Mini R120

Everything was fine until I tried to boot it. The system booted and shut back off after around 1 second. So I removed everything from the case and booted it while it was sitting on an antistatic bag. It booted perfectly. So I checked around and put it back into the case. Well this time it booted perfectly and ran for around 5 minutes which is when I shut it down myself. I let the system sit turned off for a while and moved it to another table to boot it to let it run for an hour. When I went to boot it again, it shorted again and shut off. After about 4 hours of trial and error, my older brother and I came to a conclusion, which I don't believe is the right one but I will tell you what we think. We left it in the case, and removed the videocard and it booted perfectly. I put it back in and it shorted. I did this 3 or 4 times even trying the 2nd PCI-E x16 slot. As long as the videocard was in, it wouldn't boot. So we think it may be the videocard. Of course it could easily be the motherboard as well. It could even be the PSU. So now we are pretty much where we started. We have as system that turns itself off for no "apparent" reason. Anyone here have any good ideas or a similar problem. I really don't want to deal with RMAing anything and waiting 3 weeks.

I bet on the video card being bad. a motherboard doesn't just go bad when one specific card is there.... normally.
