why or how you cant get a password reset or changed on msn unless you know the password!!! lol i can not get a new one cuz ..umm i dunno....im tired of this stuff....can anyone help me with this problem!!!

If you mean MSN messenger (and you're using a hotmail account), go to www.hotmail.com. There's a link right beneath the password box that you can use to get a new password.
