Ok I have a problem my Brothers MFC 3420-C won't pull the paper all the way down and it is starting to piss me off. I took it in and for a $85.00 service call they said that nothing was wrong with it. that bites what should I do. Junk it and get anew one or take it somewhere else and get rpied off again only so they can say nothing is wrong with it.
